This Privacy Policy describes how Kandi Software ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game TapFest (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
TapFest is designed to require as little personal information as possible. We do not ask you to provide your email address or phone number directly.
We do not sell your personal information. The only advertising-related use of data is the optional rewarded ads described in the next section.
The Game may show rewarded ads — short videos you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit (such as an extra weekly challenge attempt). The Game contains no banner ads or forced ads: an ad is only ever shown after you tap a clearly labeled button.
Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (an advertising mediation service provided by Unity Technologies / ironSource), which may serve ads from partner ad networks such as Unity Ads. When an ad is shown, these partners may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to serve, cap, and measure ads and to prevent fraud, as described in Unity's privacy policy and the ironSource mobile privacy policy.
The Game uses Unity Gaming Services (provided by Unity Technologies) for anonymous authentication, cloud save, leaderboards, server-side logic (Cloud Code), and analytics. Data processed through these services is handled in accordance with Unity's privacy policy, available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
The Game uses Google Play Games Services (provided by Google) to sign you in and to identify you for save and leaderboard features. Information handled by Google Play Games is subject to Google's Privacy Policy below.
The Game uses Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies / ironSource) to deliver the optional rewarded ads described in the Advertising section.
The Game is distributed through Google Play, which may collect information as described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We retain your player data and leaderboard scores for as long as needed to provide the Game's features, or until you delete your account as described in the Account and Data Deletion section below.
TapFest is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Sign-in is handled through Google Play Games Services, which is subject to Google's own age and account requirements. We do not request personal details from players directly beyond the player identifier and display name described above. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
You can permanently delete your account and its data directly in the Game:
Profile > Delete account.
Deleting your account removes your player account, cloud-saved progress (stars, best times, and progression), weekly challenge history, and locally stored game data. Your existing leaderboard entries are unlinked from your account; the display name stored with a previously submitted score may remain visible on leaderboards until removed. This action cannot be undone — after deletion, the Game continues with a brand-new guest profile.
If you can no longer access the Game (for example, you uninstalled it), you can request deletion of your account and data — including removal of leaderboard entries — by emailing kandisoftware0@gmail.com. Please include your in-game display name and, if possible, your Google Play Games profile name so we can locate the relevant records. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
Data collected by third parties (such as advertising partners or Google Play Games) is deleted according to those parties' own policies; the links in the sections above explain how to exercise your rights with them.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data associated with your player ID. You can delete your account and data at any time as described in the Account and Data Deletion section, or contact us using the details below for other requests. We may need information about your Google Play Games sign-in or device to locate the relevant records.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
